15 Palestinians killed in Israeli airstrikes on central, northern Gaza Strip
Fatalities include children, women in Gaza City, Nuseirat refugee camp, according to Palestinian sources

At least 15 Palestinians, including several women and children, were killed early Friday in Israeli airstrikes targeting the central and northern Gaza Strip.
Medical sources told Anadolu that nine Palestinians, including women and children, were killed in Israeli shelling of a house in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Separately, the Civil Defense Service in Gaza said the bodies of six Palestinians, including children, were recovered from a house in Gaza City after an Israeli attack.
Flouting a UN Security Council resolution calling for an immediate cease-fire, Israel has pursued a relentless offensive on Gaza since a cross-border attack by the Palestinian group Hamas last Oct. 7.
Over 41,000 people, most of them women and children, have since been killed and more than 95,500 injured, according to local health authorities.
The Israeli onslaught has displaced almost the entire population of the territory amid an ongoing blockade that has led to severe shortages of food, clean water, and medicine.
Israel also faces accusations of genocide at the International Court of Justice for its actions in Gaza.
