19 dead as road in China caves in
Cave-in happened on section of Meizhou-Dabu Expressway in Meizhou city, according to authorities

ANKARA (AA) - At least 19 people were killed after a section of an expressway in south China's Guangdong Province caved in early Wednesday morning, state media reported citing local authorities.
The cave-in happened around 2:10 a.m. (local time) on a section of the Meizhou-Dabu Expressway in the city of Meizhou, trapping at least 18 vehicles, Beijing-based Xinhua News reported.
The expressway has been closed as a rescue operation is still ongoing. The cause of the accident is being probed.
