2 Israelis arrested for spying for Iran
There was no comment from Iran on Israeli claim

ANKARA (AA) – Israel said on Tuesday that two citizens were arrested on suspicion of spying for Iran.
A statement by the Shin Bet domestic security agency said the two suspects conducted “intelligence-gathering missions for Iran” in the south-central town of Kfar Ahim, where Defense Minister Israel Katz resides.
It said one of the suspects, Roy Mizrahi, maintained contact with Iranian operatives throughout 2025 and carried out a series of security-related tasks with full knowledge that they were acting under Iranian direction.
According to the statement, Mizrahi and Almog Atias were arrested in late April following a joint investigation by the Shin Bet and police.
There was no immediate comment from Iran on the Israeli claim.
Last week, Israeli security agencies announced the arrest of a 16-year-old teen on suspicion of spying for Iran in exchange for cash.
In recent years, Iran and Israel announced on several occasions the dismantling of spy networks amid continued rivalry between the two arch-foes.
