2 killed in Saudi Arabian terror attack

RIYADH (AA) – A 2-year-old child and a Pakistani national were killed in a terror attack in the eastern Qatif province, the Interior Ministry said late Friday.

The attack Thursday also injured six Saudi citizens and four foreign nationals, including two Pakistanis, one Indian and one Sudanese. Four policemen were also suffered injuries.

A clash broke out between police and “a terrorist group” that targeted a company, Interior Minister spokesman Mansour Al-Turki told the state news agency, SPA.

The group fired randomly, including at pedestrians, he added.
