2 Palestinians injured in assaults by illegal Israeli settlers near Nablus
Illegal settlers torched Palestinian car, agricultural lands in Burin village

RAMALLAH, Palestine (AA) - At least two Palestinians were injured Tuesday in assaults by illegal Israeli settlers near Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank.
Witnesses told Anadolu that dozens of illegal settlers attacked the Burin village and assaulted Palestinian villagers as they tried to fend off the attack.
The illegal settlers also set fire to a Palestinian-owned car and burned agricultural lands belonging to the village.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said medical teams transferred the two Palestinians, including a woman, who were severely beaten by the settlers, to a hospital.
At least 548 Palestinians have since been killed and nearly 5,200 injured by Israeli army fire in the occupied territory, according to the Health Ministry.
Israel is accused of “genocide” at the International Court of Justice, which in its latest ruling has ordered Tel Aviv to immediately halt its military operation in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, where more than 1 million Palestinians had sought refuge from the war before it was invaded on May 6.
