RAMALLAH, Palestine (AA) — At least six Palestinians, including three children, were injured Saturday amid Israeli military raids in the occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said its teams handled four injuries during clashes that broke out between residents and Israeli soldiers during a raid on the town of Beit Fourik near Nablus.

The organization reported that a 14-year-old was taken to the hospital with a foot injury, while a 16-year-old and 25-year-old were transferred with thigh injuries and another 16-year-old with a hand injury, all from live ammunition.

"The occupation forces raided Beit Fourik in Nablus and seized surveillance camera recordings," state-run Palestine TV reported.

The PRCS also said it transferred to the hospital an individual with "an injury by live ammunition in the thigh during clashes with the occupation forces in the village of Deir Bzeih west of Ramallah."

In Jenin, Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that a young man from the town of Silat al-Harithiya was injured by a gunshot in his left foot and subsequently taken to the hospital.

At least 620 Palestinians have since been killed and nearly 5,400 others injured by Israeli army fire in the occupied territory, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.

In a landmark opinion on July 19, the International Court of Justice declared Israel's decades-long occupation of Palestinian land "illegal" and demanded the evacuation of all existing settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
