SKOPJE, North Macedonia (AA) - A documentary film about minorities living in North Macedonia was screened Friday in the capital of Skopje.

"Cultural Integration of Minority Groups" was prepared by Skopje-based Roman Culture and Media Center (Barikanipe) with content support by Anadolu Agency’s chief correspondent Admir Fazlagikj.

It includes interviews with cultural and media representatives of minority groups and narrates the story of how minorities were integrated into social life.

In the film, Husrev Emin, the leader of the Association of Turkish Civil Society Organizations in Macedonia, talks about the cultural situation of Turks living in the country.

The goal of the film is to show how the standards minorities can be improved, Cemiliyana Abdulova, head of Barikanipe, told Anadolu Agency.

"We have also Anadolu Agency representative in our documentary, who are writing stories on minorities," Abdulova said.

North Macedonia is home to minorities like Turks, Serbians, Romans, and Vlachs.
