Anadolu's photojournalists win 4 awards at prestigious int'l photography competition in Italy

ROME (AA) - Anadolu's photojournalists on Tuesday received four awards at the prestigious 2023 SienaInternational Photography Awards in Italy.

Wolfgang Schwan won the first prize in the storyboard category with his photo series, titled Ukraine’s War.

Schwan also received the Honorable Mention award for Olena Curillo: Face of Ukraine's War in the documentary and photojournalism category.

Emin Sansar received the Remarkable Artwork award in the documentary and photojournalism category for his photo, titled Ukrainian Women in the Middle of the War.

Additionally, Andrea Carrubba won the Remarkable Artwork award in the same category for his photo called, Russian attack on Kramatorsk railway station.
