Arthur J. Gallagher acquires insurance broker AssuredPartners for $13.45B

ISTANBUL (AA) - Insurance brokerage and risk management firm Arthur J. Gallagher announced Monday that it has reached an agreement to acquire insurance broker AssuredPartners for $13.45 billion.

AssuredPartners' approximately 11,000 employees serve a wide range of customers through approximately 400 offices in the US, UK and Ireland, said a press release from Arthur J. Gallagher.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.

Randy Larsen, CEO of AssuredPartners, said the transaction is an important milestone in the company's journey.
