ANKARA (AA) - The French comedy Call My Agent, Israeli drama Tehran and Thailand's documentary Hope Frozen: A Quest to Live Twice, are among the winners Monday at the 49th International Emmy Awards.
The ceremony at an in-person black-tie gala in New York City was hosted by Yvonne Orji.
The UK dominated the top acting categories with David Tennant receiving the award for his serial killer role in Des and Hayley Squires for Adult Material.
Hope Frozen: A Quest to Live Twice received the first-ever Emmy for a program from Thailand.
The 11 winning programs and performances span eight countries: France, Israel, New Zealand, Norway, China, Thailand, the UK and the US.
