INDONESIA

JAKARTA - Indonesia is hosting summit of Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) from Monday until Thursday. Summit will see participation of regional leaders as well those from outside ASEAN. Indonesia is current chair of 10-member bloc.

THE ECONOMY

ANKARA - Turkish Statistical Institute to reveal inflation figures for August. It was 9.49% on monthly and 47.8% on yearly basis in July. Anadolu survey estimated that these figures will reach 7.3% and 56.37% in August.

BERLIN - Destatis to reveal Germany’s foreign trade figures for July.
