Ukraine also accuses Russia of planning acts of genocide in Ukraine.

LONDON - Oxfam publishes report on fair ways to make UK polluters pay for climate justice. The report outlines ways the UK can raise new finance to help those on the front lines of the climate crisis and also cut emissions by making the biggest polluters pay, while ensuring the costs do not fall on lower-income households in the UK.
