ANKARA - Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye to reveal newly established and liquidated firms data for August. In July, 9,326 firms were established, down 1.1% on a yearly basis, while 2,067 firms closed, up 10.7%.
The number of launches of foreign-partnered companies was 975 in July.

ANKARA - Culture and Tourism Ministry to share foreign tourist figures for August. Türkiye welcomed some 27 million tourists in Jan-July period and 7.1 million in July alone. The country aims to reach 60 million in this field in 2023.

TOKYO - Japan to reveal inflation figures. The rate was down to 3.2% in May and rebounded to 3.3% in June and July.
