Israeli forces continue genocidal attacks in Gaza

Ongoing Israeli airstrikes and artillery shelling on the Gaza Strip, which continue to claim the lives of more Palestinians and worsen their living conditions.

In one area of Gaza, 16 Palestinians were killed in a series of Israeli airstrikes on Nuseirat refugee camp.

In southern Gaza Strip, the Civil Defense agency reported that three more Palestinians were killed when an Israeli strike targeted two civilian vehicles in the city of Khan Younis.

The death toll in relentless Israeli attacks on the besieged territory since October last year has climbed Friday to 43,259, with over 101,800 injured.

Israel’s siege, ground incursion in northern Gaza Strip

Israel's weeks-long siege, ground invasion, and bombardment in the northern Gaza Strip continue amid food, water, fuel, and medicine shortages.

According to Gaza's Health Ministry, the Israeli army has killed over 1,200 Palestinians in its siege of northern Gaza that started nearly four weeks ago.

Palestinians, there, continue to endure the heavy Israeli bombardment and the lack of life essentials including food, water and health services.

Israeli aggression against Lebanon

Israel's continuous attacks on Lebanon and the Hezbollah group's targeting of Israel with rockets.

On Friday, Israeli forces launched further airstrikes across several areas in Lebanon, with one airstrike on a residential area in the town of Makneh left six members of a same family dead and six others wounded.

The Israeli army also issued on Friday evacuation orders for residents of certain neighborhoods in Beirut's southern suburbs as Israel continued its air and ground attacks on the country.

More than 2,800 people have been killed, and nearly 13,000 injured in Israeli attacks since October last year, according to Lebanese health authorities.

In separate statements, Hezbollah said it continued attacking Israeli targets, hitting the settlements of Karmiel, Maalot-Tarshiha and Kiryat Shmona with rocket salvos.

Lebanon-Israel cease-fire talks

US envoys are engaged in ongoing efforts to reach a cease-fire settlement between Israel and the Lebanese Hezbollah group.

On Friday, Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati said that Israeli statements and diplomatic indicators received by Beirut confirm Tel Aviv's stubbornness and refusal to accept proposed solutions, insisting instead on a path of violence and destruction.

Lebanese parliament Speaker Nabih Berri on Friday told commander of the UN Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) that Israel has wasted since September several opportunities to achieve a cease-fire and implement UN resolution 1701

West Bank raids

The Assembly will be opened by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Russkiy Mir Foundation, and Presidential Advisor Yelena Yampolskaya, chair of the Supervisory Board of the Russkiy Mir Foundation.

The theme of the current Assembly is Spiritual and Moral Values of the Russian World.

⁠Fighting between Russian, Ukrainian troops continues in Kursk, Donetsk

Russia and Ukraine continue fighting in Russia’s border region of Kursk, where Kyiv began an incursion in August, and in eastern Ukraine, where Moscow continues to claim advances on multiple fronts.
