Doctors Without Borders (MSF) says Israeli attack on Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza is massacre

ATHENS (AA) - Doctors Without Borders (MSF) said late Tuesday that an Israeli attack was “a massacre” on the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital.

“We are horrified by the recent Israeli bombing of Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City, which was treating patients and hosting displaced Gazans. Hundreds of people have reportedly been killed,” the medical charity wrote on X.

“It is absolutely unacceptable” it added.

More than 500 people were killed in an Israeli airstrike on the hospital, Health Ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qudra told Anadolu.

Footage showed bodies scattered across the hospital grounds.

Thousands of Palestinians were at the hospital when the building came under bombardment, according to an Anadolu reporter.
