European exchanges finish Friday lower
Italy's FTSE MIB performs worst, diving 2.81%; 2 exchanges lose more than 2.6% each

ISTANBUL (AA) - Stock exchanges in Europe finished Friday on a lower note.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, fell 4.99 points, or 0.97%, to close at 511.05.
The UK's FTSE 100 shed 16 points, or 0.21%, to 8,146. Germany's DAX dove 263 points, or 1.44%, to 18,002.
France's CAC 40 slumped 204 points, or 2.66%, to end the session at 7,503.
Spain's IBEX 35, meanwhile, decreased 73 points, or 0.67%, to close at 10,992.
Italy's FTSE MIB was the worst performer of the day, plummeting 944 points, or 2.81%, to end the day at 32,665.
