European stocks close Thursday with gains
Italy's FTSE MIB performs best, soaring 2.13%

ISTANBUL (AA) – European stock exchanges closed with gains on Thursday.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European markets in 17 countries, rose 6.28 points, or 1.35%, to finish at 471.74.
The UK's FTSE 100 added 15 points, or 0.21%, to end the session at 7,692.
Germany's DAX also rose 274 points, or 1.7%, to 16,406.
France's CAC 40, meanwhile, increased 150 points, or 2.05%, to close at 7,465.
Italy's FTSE MIB was the best performer of the day, soaring 617 points, or 2.13%, to reach 29,597.
Spain's IBEX 35 added 94 points, or 0.98%, to end the day at 9,694.
