Total of 3 fighters of Lebanese group killed on Monday by Israeli forces

BEIRUT (AA) — Lebanese group Hezbollah on Monday mourned two of its fighters killed in cross-border clashes with Israeli forces.
Separately, Hezbollah said early on Monday that one of its members was killed in clashes with Israeli troops on the border, bringing its daily death toll to three.
The group announced the deaths of its fighters in separate statements and said they were killed "on the road to Jerusalem," a reference to solidarity with Palestinian group Hamas as it faces unrelenting Israeli attacks and blockade in Gaza.
No other details were given on how the Hezbollah fighters were killed.
Israel launched air and ground attacks on the Gaza Strip following a cross-border attack by Hamas on Oct. 7.
The death toll of the Hezbollah fighters killed by the Israeli forces since Oct. 8 has rose to 63, according to previous statement by the group.
Last week, Hezbollah's Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah addressed supporters in Lebanon, saying his group would increase military pressure on Israel, but said it would not commit to all-out war.
Tension has flared along the border between Israel and Lebanon amid intermittent exchange of fire between Israeli forces and Hezbollah, in the deadliest clashes since the two sides fought a full-scale war in 2006.
