Honduras: 1 dead in anti-government protests
15 also injured during ongoing protests against privatization of health and education sectors

ANKARA (AA) - At least one person has died in protests in Honduras against privatization of the health and education sectors, reported local outlet teleSUR on Thursday.
Fifteen other people were injured in protests Wednesday in the capital Tegucigalpa, according to officials at Escuela Hospital.
Tensions and destabilization have increased with the participation of national police and transportation workers in protests throughout the central American country against the pro-U.S. government, said the local media.
Protesters are demanding the resignation of President Juan Orlando Hernandez.
Since May, people involved in the health and education sectors in the country have organized demonstrations against privatization.
