Inflation in euro area falls to 4.3% in September
Energy prices down 4.7% in September in eurozone

ISTANBUL (AA) - The annual inflation dropped to 4.3% in euro area in September, below market expectations, according to provisional figures from Eurostat on Friday.
The rate was 5.2% in August and 9.9% in September 2022, data by the bloc's statistical institute showed.
In September, food, alcohol and tobacco posted the highest price increase with 8.8%, down from 9.7% in August.
Services inflation was at 4.7%, down from 5.5%, and non-energy industrial goods' inflation was at 4.2%, down from 4.7%.
Meanwhile, energy prices decreased by 4.7% in September, while it also dropped by 3.3% in August.
Among eurozone countries, Slovakia posted the highest inflation rate with 8.9% in the month, while lowest rate was seen in the Netherlands, minus 0.3%.
The Netherlands was the only country where consumer prices dropped.
