BERLIN/DUBLIN/GENEVA/LONDON (AA) - Israelis living in Berlin organized a demonstration Friday for an immediate end to the war in the Gaza Strip.

A group gathered in front of the German Foreign Ministry and demanded a cease-fire in Gaza and a diplomatic solution between Israel and Palestine.

They carried banners in German, English and Hebrew that read: "Israelis against ethnic cleansing", "Israelis for a cease-fire now", "Stop arming Israel" and "Israelis for peace."

They also chanted, "No military solution, find a diplomatic solution", "Germany finances, Israel bombs", "Long live Gaza, long live Rafah" and "Freedom for Gaza."

In Geneva, another pro-Palestinian protest took place demanding a cease-fire in Gaza.

Hundreds participated in the demonstration organized in front of the UN Geneva Office in the square where the broken chair sculpture is located.

The demonstration started with a moment of silence for those killed in Israel's attacks on Gaza since Oct. 7 and prayers for those living in hardship in Gaza.

The protesters carried Palestinian flags and banners that read: "Freedom for Palestine", "Boycott Israel" and "Stop the genocide."

Thousands in London also took to the streets to demand an immediate cease-fire.

Demonstrators gathered in front of the British Home Office and marched to Parliament with Palestinian flags and banners. "Boycott Israel", "Genocide in Gaza" and "Israel is a terrorist state" were on some of the banners. They chanted slogans such as "Freedom for Palestine" and "End the Israeli occupation" along the route.

Many anti-Zionist Jews living in London also participated in the march to show solidarity with the Palestinian people.

In Dublin, a Palestinian Children's Day event was organized, where photographs of Israel's attacks on Palestinians were displayed in the area.

"How many more innocents have to die?" organizers asked in front of the Israeli Embassy.

Photographs of children killed in Gaza were shown, and yellow chairs, shoes and school bags representing dead children were displayed.
