Jordanian army airdrops another batch of medical aid to its field hospital in Gaza
Operation achieved in cooperation with UAE, Qatar to increase hospital's capacity to provide health services

ANKARA (AA) - The Jordanian army said Sunday that a Royal Air Force plane airdropped another batch of medical aid for its field hospital in Gaza.
The army said in a statement that the operation was achieved in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Qatar to increase the hospital's capacity to provide health services to Palestinians in Gaza.
The statement, cited by Jordanian state news agency, Petra, said aid was dropped to the hospital through parachutes amid a continued Israeli bloody onslaught on the enclave.
Jordanian King Abdullah II said Nov. 6 that the Jordanian Air Force airdropped urgent medical and pharmaceutical aid to the Jordanian field hospital in Gaza.
Israel has launched relentless air and ground attacks on the Gaza Strip -- including hospitals, residences, and houses of worship -- since a cross-border attack by the Palestinian resistance group, Hamas, on Oct. 7.
At least 11,078 Palestinians have been killed, including 4,506 children and 3,027 women.
The Israeli death toll is nearly 1,200, according to official figures.
