Missile intercepted in northern Israel; 3 civilians evacuated after rocket impact in central area: media

ISTANBUL (AA) – A missile was intercepted after being launched toward northern Israel, while a separate rocket struck a central area of the country, Hebrew media reported on Sunday.

Channel 12 said three civilians were evacuated from the site of the impact.

Rescue teams rushed to the scene, according to the broadcaster.
