Philippines: Coronavirus tally past 400,000

ANKARA (AA) – The number of coronavirus cases in Philippines crossed 400,000 on Wednesday, according to health authorities.

The country reported 1,672 more cases over the past day taking national tally to 401,416.

However, the active cases in the country hover around 31,500.

A total of 7,710 patients, or 1.92%, have died of the virus in the country.
