ANKARA (AA) - At least 16 Palestinians were killed and many others injured in a series of overnight Israeli raids across the Gaza Strip, as the onslaught entered day 321 on Thursday, Wafa news agency reported.
As many as 11 Palestinians, most of them children and women, were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a house belonging to the Hammuda family in the town of Beit Lahia, northern Gaza Strip.
In the al-Maghazi refugee camp, central Gaza, an Israeli airstrike on the al-Dabbaki family home left three Palestinians killed and four others injured.
A mother and her child were also killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Abu Daqqa family home in the city of Khan Younis.
Israel has continued its brutal offensive on Gaza since an Oct. 7, 2023 attack by Hamas. The onslaught has since killed over 40,200 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injured nearly 93,000 others, according to local health authorities.
Vast tracts of Gaza lie in ruins amid a crippling blockade of food, clean water, and medicine.
Israel is accused of genocide at the International Court of Justice for its actions in the blockaded enclave.
