ISTANBUL (AA) - 2018 FIFA Club World Cup will see six continental champions and host team Al Ain clash to crown the best club.
The 15th edition of the FIFA Club World Cup will be held between 12-22 December in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
UAE’s Al Ain FC, UEFA champions Real Madrid CF, Oceania champions Team Wellington FC of New Zealand, North American champions CD Guadalajara of Mexico, African champions Esperance Sportive de Tunis of Tunisia, Asian champions Kashima Antlers of Japan and South America's Libertadores champion Argentina's River Plate will be competing in the tournament.
The first match will be played between Al Ain and Team Wellington on Wednesday.
Real Madrid and River Plate will join the tournament from the semifinals.
Last year, Real Madrid won the cup for the third time after beating Brazil's Gremio 1-0.
