ISTANBUL (AA) - At least three people were killed in the Russian city of St. Petersburg after a bus drove off a bridge into the Moyka River.
A statement by the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry said on Telegram that rescue efforts at the scene of the incident were completed, and nine people were rescued by the staff.
The statement said two people were in serious condition, while four others are in intensive care.
“Divers attach lines to remove the bus from the water,” the statement added.
Russia’s Investigative Committee also announced that it opened an investigation into the incident.
