Al-BAB, Syria (AA) – At least four civilians were injured as the YPG/PKK terrorists attacked Kabbasin town of the Al-Bab district in northern Syria.
The YPG/PKK terrorist group attacked Kabbasin from the occupied Orayma town in Manbij with land weapons on Monday night, injuring four civilians.
Al-Bab district center was cleared of the terrorist organization Daesh/ISIS during the Euphrates Shield Operation in February 2017.
One civilian was killed and two others were injured in an attack carried out by the YPG/PKK on the Al-Salihiyah village in the south of the Tal Abyad district in the northeast of the country on Monday.
In its more than 35-year terror campaign against Türkiye, the PKK – listed as a terrorist organization by Türkiye, the US, UK, and EU – has been responsible for the deaths of nearly 40,000 people, including women, children, and infants. The YPG is its Syrian branch.
In 2013, Türkiye became one of the first countries to declare Daesh/ISIS a terrorist organization.
The country has since been attacked by the terror group multiple times, with over 300 people killed and hundreds more injured in at least 10 suicide bombings, seven bomb attacks, and four armed attacks.
In response, Türkiye launched anti-terror operations at home and abroad to prevent further attacks.
