ISTANBUL (AA) - At least five Palestinians were killed and several others injured in Israeli army airstrikes that targeted the Gaza Strip soon after the humanitarian pause ended on Friday morning, medical sources told Anadolu.
The Israeli warplanes bombed different areas of the Gaza Strip.
“Israel Defense Forces warplanes are now attacking targets of the terrorist organization Hamas in the Gaza Strip,” the Israeli army said in a statement on X.
The Israeli warplanes targeted several areas in the Gaza Strip, an Anadolu correspondent on the ground reported.
The humanitarian pause between Israel and Hamas, which went into effect on Nov. 24, ended on Friday morning.
