ISTANBUL (AA) – A magnitude 6.8 earthquake struck eastern Cuba on Sunday, according to the US Geological Survey (USGS).
The quake’s epicenter was located approximately 40 km (25 miles) south of the municipality of Bartolome Maso.
Tremors were also felt in larger cities, including Santiago de Cuba, though there were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
