GAZA CITY, Palestine (AA) - The Israeli army on Tuesday killed six more Palestinians in Israeli airstrikes and shelling on several areas across the Gaza Strip.
A medical source told Anadolu that five Palestinians from the Nabaheen family who were killed in an Israeli airstrike on the eastern area of the Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, arrived at the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.
The source said the slain Palestinians were struck by an Israeli drone when they returned to check their homes.
Eyewitnesses also told Anadolu that the Israeli army kidnapped three bodies of Palestinians killed in the same incident at the Bureij camp.
Meanwhile, another medical source told Anadolu that the rescue teams removed the body of a Palestinian from under the rubble of a destroyed home in the Saudi neighborhood in western Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip.
Israel, flouting a UN Security Council resolution demanding an immediate cease-fire, has faced international condemnation amid its continued brutal offensive on Gaza since an attack last October by the Palestinian resistance group Hamas.
Over 39,600 Palestinians have since been killed, mostly women and children, and nearly 91,400 injured, according to local health authorities.
10 months into the Israeli war, vast tracts of Gaza lie in ruins amid a crippling blockade of food, clean water, and medicine.
Israel stands accused of genocide at the International Court of Justice, which ordered it to immediately halt its military operation in the southern city of Rafah, where more than 1 million Palestinians had sought refuge from the war before it was invaded on May 6.
