ISTANBUL (AA) - AC Milan confirmed Monday that they extended the contract of manager Stefano Pioli until June 30, 2025.
"Having begun this virtuous path, which led to the 2021/22 Serie A title, AC Milan and Stefano shall continue to work on this ambitious project which reflects the Club's history and values," AC Milan said in a statement.
Pioli was named the AC Milan head coach in 2019 after Marco Giampaolo’s sacking.
The 57-year-old led the Rossoneri to win the first Serie A title in 11 years last season.
AC Milan are third with 26 points in the standings, six points behind league leaders Napoli.
