ISTANBUL (AA) – The Israeli army has carried out 3,222 massacres in the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, killing nearly 36,100 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring over 81,000 others.
In a statement, the Gaza media office provided information about the devastating attacks that Israel has been carrying out for the last 235 days on Gaza.
The statement mentioned that the Israeli army has "carried out 3,222 massacres in the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023."
It was noted that 15,328 children and 10,171 women have lost their lives in the Israeli army's attacks on the Gaza Strip, 10,000 people are under rubble or missing, the number of dead reaching hospitals is 36,096, and the number of injured is 81,136.

It was emphasized that 71% of those who lost their lives in the Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip were children and women.
It was recalled that Israel forcibly starved people, causing a humanitarian disaster in Gaza, where 31 people died due to malnutrition and dehydration.
The statement mentioned that the Israeli army has attacked Gaza with 77,000 tons of explosives since Oct. 7, targeting the health sector, resulting in the deaths of 496 health workers, 69 civil defense personnel, and 147 journalists.
It was reported that the bodies of 520 Palestinians were recovered from seven mass graves found in hospitals raided by Israeli soldiers.
It was emphasized that 17,000 children in Gaza are living without one or both of their parents due to the attacks.
- 11,000 injured waiting to be treated outside Gaza
It was noted that 11,000 people with life-threatening injuries need treatment abroad, and 10,000 cancer patients are at risk of death due to inadequate healthcare services.
The statement pointed to the inhumane conditions in the overcrowded shelters where displaced Palestinians have taken refuge, noting that 1,095,000 cases of infectious diseases and more than 20,000 cases of "Hepatitis A" have been identified as a result of the displacement.

It was highlighted that 60,000 pregnant women and 350,000 people with chronic illnesses are at risk due to the lack of healthcare services and medication in Gaza.
The statement mentioned that more than 5,000 Palestinians have been detained by the Israeli army since the attacks began.

It was revealed that 310 health workers and 20 journalists have been detained by Israeli soldiers, and 2 million people have been displaced in the Gaza Strip, which has a population of 2.3 million.
It was reported that 87,000 homes have been completely destroyed in Israel's attacks on Gaza, and a total of 297,000 homes have been damaged to the point of being uninhabitable.
The Israeli army has destroyed 190 government buildings and 109 schools and universities, with 316 schools and universities partially damaged.

It was reported that the Israeli army has completely destroyed 604 mosques and partially destroyed 200, also targeting and destroying three churches.
