ISTANBUL (AA) - The fourth International Bosphorus Film Festival will be held in Istanbul between Nov. 10 and 18.
Anadolu Agency is one of the main sponsors of the festival, which is organized by the Bogazici Cinema Association and the Istanbul Media Academy.
This year, Turkish movies will be able to participate in the "Feature Film Competition" category. In 2015, this category included only international films.
The grand prize for the best national feature film will be 100,000 Turkish liras ($33,677) and 50,000 Turkish Lira ($16,838) for the short-length film category.
Applications for the "Feature Film Competition" and "Short-length Films" categories can be sent until Oct. 21.

Last year festival boasted 11 movie premieres, including Japanese director Kiyoshi Kurosawa's Journey to the Shore, Bosnian director Ines Tanovic's Our Everyday Life and American director Andrew Droz Palermo's One & Two.
The festival was first organized in 2013.
