ISTANBUL (AA) - The Turkish Riviera hotspot of Antalya will host a world food festival early next month.
The third Antalya International Food Festival will take place in the city’s Karaalioglu Park on Sept. 6-8 with the theme “Future Antalya.”
This year’s festival will showcase local products, feature workshops with Michelin-starred chefs, and include panels, talks, concerts, and competitions.
Muhittin Bocek, the mayor of the resort city, said the festival’s goal is to establish the city as a culinary capital.
“The festival aims to be a major culinary event, highlighting the rich flavors of the Mediterranean and connecting local producers with renowned global chefs,” he said.
“Our objective is to offer an unforgettable experience by merging traditional and modern culinary styles.”
