English Premier League side Arsenal failed to win at home in a UEFA Champions League quarterfinal first leg match against German Bundesliga club Bayern Munich on Tuesday, which ended 2-2.
A left-footed finish by Arsenal's Nigerian forward Bukayo Saka brought the lead to the hosts in the 12th minute at Emirates Stadium.
Bayern's German winger Serge Gnabry equalized with a slide-in six minutes later.
English forward Harry Kane netted another one for the visitors with a goal from a penalty kick in the 32nd minute.
Arsenal seemed to struggle to score an equalizer until Belgian midfielder Leandro Trossard tallied their second goal with a right-footed shot in the 76th minute.
The second leg will be held at Allianz Arena on April 17.
