ANKARA (AA) - Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was stripped of his Arsenal captaincy on Tuesday due to his latest disciplinary breach.
The 32-year-old forward was also dropped from the Arsenal squad for Wednesday's Premier League clash with West Ham United at home, according to the announcement on the English side's website.
"We expect all our players, particularly our captain, to work to the rules and standards we have all set and agreed," it added.
The Gabon international scored seven goals in 15 appearances for the London club this season.
