ANKARA (AA) - The Serie A leaders Milan suffered a 3-0 heavy loss to Atalanta at home on Saturday.
Cristian Romero scored the opener for the away side in the first half.
In the second half, Josip Ilicic scored the penalty to double the lead and Duvan Zapata made the score 3-0 at San Siro Stadium.
Despite their defeat, Milan remain top of table with 43 points after the second-placed Inter Milan were held to a goalless draw against Udinese in another Saturday's league game.
Inter Milan have 41 points followed by Roma (37) which beat Spezia 4-3 in a hard-fought game on Saturday.
Atalanta are currently in the fourth spot with 36 points.
