Barcelona topped the Spanish La Liga standings Saturday after they dominated Real Betis 5-0.
Portuguese midfielder Joao Felix and Polish forward Robert Lewandowski scored a goal apiece before the break at Lluis Companys Olympic Stadium.
The venue is Barcelona's temporary home for the 2023-24 season as their majestic stadium, Camp Nou, is being renovated.
Felix, who is on loan from Atletico Madrid, scored from a narrow angle for his first goal for Barcelona.
Ferran Torres scored from a freekick in the second half.
Raphinha and Joao Cancelo were the other scorers.
Cancelo, who left Manchester City in September, scored his first Barca goal.
Barcelona have 13 points in five matches and are one point ahead of second-place Real Madrid, who will play mid-table Real Sociedad at home Sunday.
Real Betis have seven points and is ninth in the standings.
