ANKARA (AA) - Turkish basketball club Fenerbahce Beko on Friday said one of its members tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
The Istanbul club did not disclose whether a player or staff member was infected, but said the individual is in isolation and under treatment.
The news came hours ahead of Fenerbahce Beko’s Friday night fixture against city rivals Anadolu Efes.
The Round 26 game of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague will start at Istanbul’s Ulker Sports and Event Hall at 8:45 p.m. local time (1745GMT).
