ISTANBUL (AA) - More than 160 fighters are battling to douse a fire that erupted at a US military facility in South Korea on Thursday.
The incident occurred at US Forces Korea (USFK) Busan Storage Center at around 6.31 pm local time (0931GMT), according to Seoul-based Yonhap News Agency reported.
No casualties have been reported so far.
Authorities have issued a second-level alert to meet the emergency as more than 160 personnel have been mobilized to extinguish the fire.
More than 28,500 American soldiers have been deployed in South Korea under a bilateral defense pact.
