Cabinet revisions announced in Greece

New ministers to be sworn in Thursday before president

ATHENS (AA) - A Greek Cabinet revision involving four ministries was announced Wednesday by the government spokesperson.

The announcement was made byPavlos Marikanis, who retained his position as spokesperson, was elevated to deputy minister to the prime minister and Michalis Chryssochoidis replaced Giannis Oikonomou as citizen protection minister.

Labor Minister Adonis Georgiadis replaced Chrisochoidis as health minister.

The labor ministry will not be headed by Domna Michailidou.

Ioanna Lytrivi will be the education minister in place of Kyriakos Pierrakakis.

The new ministers will be sworn in Thursday before President Katerina Sakellaropoulou.
