The English Premier League announced candidates for "the manager and player of the season" on Thursday.
Mikel Arteta of Arsenal, Unai Emery from Aston Villa, Manchester City’s Pep Guardiola, Andoni Iraola of Bournemouth and Jurgen Klopp from Liverpool will compete for the manager honor.
Phil Foden and Erling Haaland from Manchester City, Arsenal’s Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard, Alexander Isak of Newcastle United, Chelsea's Cole Palmer, Aston Villa's Ollie Watkins and Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk are candidates for the top player award.
The voting process for fans will continue until Monday.
Public votes will be combined with those of a panel of football experts to decide the winners which will be announced May 18.
The heated title race between Arsenal and Manchester City, which have one more rescheduled match to play, continues with two weeks left in Premier League fixtures.
