ISTANBUL (AA) - Cenk Tosun scored twice for a 10-man Besiktas in their 4-2 win Sunday against Fenerbahce in the Turkish Super Lig.
Fenerbahce were awarded a penalty after Arda Guler was brought down by Onur Bulut in the 40th minute at Ulker Stadium.
After a minute, Enner Valencia converted it successfully to take the lead for the Yellow Canaries.
In the 51st minute, Besiktas were reduced to 10 men after Welinton was given his second yellow card in the penalty area.
But Valencia missed a penalty kick in the 52nd minute.
The Black Eagles leveled the match when Cenk Tosun scored a header in the 58th minute, assisted by Nathan Redmond.
Tosun scored another goal to take the lead in the 62nd minute as Redmond assisted once again.
In a counter attack, Redmond put the ball into the net to make the score 3-1 after dribbling past opponent defenders in the 75th minute.
In stoppage time, Vincent Aboubakar produced his team's fourth goal and İrfan Can Kahveci netted for Fenerbahce.
The Istanbul derby ended 4-1 in favor of Besiktas.
Third-place Besiktas increased their points to 52 while second-place Fenerbahce remained at 54 points on matchday 27.
Meanwhile, Redmond came off the bench in the 45th minute to produce three assists for Besiktas.
