Chelsea will play against city rivals Arsenal in Sunday's London derby in the English Premier League.
This week, both Chelsea and Arsenal played their European Cup matches.
On Thursday, rampant Chelsea hammered underdogs Noah Yerevan 8-0 in a UEFA Conference League match in London, Arsenal lost at Inter Milan 1-0 in a UEFA Champions League match held at San Siro Stadium.
Earlier this week, Arsenal's Norwegian captain Martin Odegaard returned to training after a two-month injury absence. The 25-year-old attacking midfielder suffered from sprained ankle. He faced the injury in Norway's Nations League match against Austria in September.
Arsenal's Japanese full-back Takehiro Tomiyasu has a knee injury to miss the Chelsea derby.
In addition to Tomiyasu, the Gunners' Scottish left-back Kieran Tierney is still suffering from a hamstring injury that he faced during the EURO 2024.
Tierney had a lengthy absence this season as he has not been involved in any of the Arsenal fixtures.
The match at Chelsea's home ground Stamford Bridge will kick off at 1630GMT.
Fourth-place Chelsea have 18 points in 10 Premier League appearances.
Arsenal have also 18 points but the Gunners are fifth in the league table.
Last weekend, Chelsea drew with Manchester United 1-1 at the Old Trafford Stadium, while Arsenal were handed a 1-0 loss at Newcastle United.
Liverpool are the Premier League leaders with 25 points before Saturday's home match against Aston Villa.
Second-place Manchester City are two points behind Liverpool as they lost at Bournemouth 2-1 in their previous fixture. Manchester City will visit Brighton on Saturday and are looking for Liverpool's mistake.
