ANKARA (AA) – The Chicago Bulls are now down to the NBA minimum of eight healthy players, NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski said on Monday.
Wojnarowski tweeted that Bulls forward Alize Johnson has tested positive for COVID-19 and entered league protocols.
Chicago guard Zach LaVine entered the NBA's coronavirus health and safety protocols on Sunday.
With Alize Johnson, the Bulls now have 10 players in COVID protocols, including LaVine, Coby White, Javonte Green, DeMar DeRozan, Matt Thomas, Derrick Jones Jr., Ayo Dosunmu, Stanley Johnson, and Troy Brown Jr.
The newest case brings the Bulls down to eight active players, which is the minimum number allowed by the league to play a game.
