ISTANBUL (AA) - China on Friday successfully launched a commercial carrier rocket with five satellites attached to it.
The rocket, CERES-1, was launched from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China, according to Xinhua News Agency.
This marked the 13th flight mission of the CERES-1 rocket series.
The satellites are expected to aid in various commercial applications, enhancing Beijing's capabilities in space technology.
