ISTANBUL (AA) – China’s President Xi Jinping will visit France, Hungary and Serbia next month, the country's Foreign Ministry said Monday.
Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying in a statement said the state visits will take place from May 5 to 10.
The foreign trip, first by Xi this year, comes after separate invitations extended by French President Emmanuel Macron, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Hungarian President Tamas Sulyok and Prime Minister Viktor Orban, said Hua.
Since being elected president for a third term in 2023, Xi has visited Russia, Indonesia, Vietnam as well as the US.
