The Belgian team, Club Brugge, drew 1-1 against the Turkish side, Besiktas, in the opening game of UEFA Europa Conference League Group D on Thursday.
Belgian midfielder Hans Vanaken brought the lead to the hosts in the 77th minute at Jan Breydelstadion.
A late equalizer by Turkish attacker Cenk Tosun in the 88th minute secured one point for the Black Eagles.
In the other Group D game on Thursday, Swiss side Lugano settled for a goalless draw with Norwegian club Bodo/Glimt.
Besiktas currently leads the Group D standings, with Club Brugge, Lugano, and Bodo/Glimt following closely, all with one point each.
