CORRECTS FOR GENDER OF YOUNGER SIBLING IN 2ND PARA, TIME OF ARRIVAL IN LAST PARA

ANKARA (AA) - Two Palestinian siblings were brought to Türkiye for treatment on Thursday upon the instruction of the country's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Injured by shrapnel from an Israeli missile that fell on the northern Jabalia area of the Gaza Strip on Aug. 6, Mohammed Khalil Salman, 13, and his 11-year-old sister Rahaf, were brought to Ankara on an ambulance plane of Turkish Health Ministry, according to the Communications Directorate.
The ambulance plane landed at Esenboga Airport at 1.00 a.m. local time (2200GMT Wednesday) on Thursday, and the siblings were taken to Ankara City Hospital for treatment.
